|Making a purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on "Add to Shopping Basket" next to any item that you wish to buy. (Your updated basket total is shown at the top-right of every page.) After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order.
We accept most credit and debit cards, including all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club cards, but not American Express. All payments are processed completely securely by Paypal Business; there is no need for you to have a Paypal account, just check out securely using your debit or credit card as normal.
You will receive an automated email acknowledgement after you order. At this stage this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Should we be unable to fulfil an order we will email you within 48 hours with details and an alternative if available. This will apply to out of stock and discontinued items. We will at no time send alternative goods or delay orders without notifying you first.
|Delivery & packaging We will normally send your order to you within 5 days of receipt.
Please note, we operate an enviromentally friendly packaging policy! This means we reuse outer packaging materials whereever possible. Please indicate if you would prefer all new packaging to be used.
|Returns policy We will exchange or refund any item returned within 7 working days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for Proof of Postage from your Post Office. If the return is the result of an error by us we will refund the postage charge, otherwise it is non-refundable. Please check all items on receipt and report damaged goods within 5 days of receiving the parcel. We will send replacement items if you wish (assuming they are still available) or arrange a refund to your card. Please note that in order to claim compensation against our carrier, we may ask you for photos of damaged goods and packaging.
|Tax charges All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.|
|Credit card security All orders are processed by Paypal Business. Paypal is one of the largest and most secure payment processors in the world, with automatic fraud screening. It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account, just check out as normal with your debit or credit card and you are assured of safe and secure shopping. Card details are not held at any time by me or on this website.
|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct at the time of going to press. All dimensions are approximate and while we make every effort to reproduce colour accurately there may be slight colour variations that occur during printing. Some of the products are natural and handmade and may vary slightly from the picture.|
